Five tasks that come up in almost every company. I have done each for myself or for a client, so I know where it breaks.
01
A lead qualifier wired to your CRM
A lead arrives in a Telegram bot or from the site, the bot asks three to five questions, scores it and passes it to the CRM tagged hot, warm or cold. The manager calls the hot ones first. At night and on weekends the bot answers by itself, and in the morning you see whom to call back first.
02
A process audit from your CRM data
I take an export from your CRM and look at where leads get lost: how many sit unanswered, at which step they drop off, what each loss costs. The output is a list of five to ten fixes with the money at stake, from simple to hard.
03
Email from several inboxes in one Telegram bot
Mail from all the company’s inboxes lands in one bot with buttons: reply, hand over to a colleague, close. The AI drafts the reply by your rules, a person sends it. Nothing gets lost in the spam folder or waits for someone to open the mailbox.
04
Finance assistants
Matching payments to invoices, reminders to debtors, a morning money report in Telegram. Sums and dates are computed by code, not by a neural network: the AI only explains and picks from ready options, so the figures can be trusted.
05
Implementation plus support by subscription
After launch the program is not left alone: watchdogs make sure it runs, you get reports, and changes and new rules are done by subscription. My store and VPN service work this way: nobody touches them by hand at night or on weekends.
